Stress

We all perform better when we have a little positive stress motivating us whether its to meet a deadline, give a star performance or put together a winning bid.  However, when stress becomes negative then it can affect all areas of our lives.  Moving house, changing job, getting married or divorced, having a baby are all stressful events but generally they are positive experiences and we can manage our stress levels.

Stress is also very personal and what is manageable for one person may not be manageable for another.  When it becomes too much it can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches, insomnia, indigestion, chest pains, dizziness etc.

Hypnotherapy combined with EFT is very effective at dealing with stress and preventing it from become unmanageable in the future.  When we know how to deal with it stress ceases to become an issue.

 

Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.
