Anxiety, Depression & Panic Attacks

We all suffer from low moods from time to time but when the condition starts to rule your life it can become a problem.  depression

In its mildest form depression can mean just being in low spirits, it doesn’t affect your ability to lead a normal life but everything seems more difficult and less worthwhile.  However, at its most severe it can be life threatening.

Anxiety can range from feeling tense about a house move or new job to having panic attacks and being unable to function normally on a daily basis.  Recent research indicates that around 3/5 of adult Britons suffer anxiety on a daily basis but only 7% would seek help from their GP.

We would always advise seeking help from your GP but hypnotherapy can prove successful even when other therapies have failed.
